APAC Digital Marketing Agency, Run from Singapore
Marketing Agency Singapore plans and runs regional digital marketing across Asia-Pacific from our base in Singapore: paid media, social media, content and SEO, adapted market by market rather than copied and translated. If you are a Singapore company expanding into the region, or a regional or global brand using Singapore as your APAC hub, we give you one team and one plan that still respects how each market searches, scrolls and buys.
APAC is not one audience. Google leads search in most of Southeast Asia, but Korea runs on Naver and Kakao, mainland China on Baidu, WeChat, Xiaohongshu and Douyin, and messaging in Japan, Taiwan and Thailand runs largely on LINE. A regional plan that only scales up a Singapore Google and Meta account misses much of that demand.
What Our APAC Marketing Covers
Regional Paid Media
Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and programmatic display structured by market, with separate budgets, bids and creative per country so one strong market does not quietly absorb the whole regional budget.
Social Media Across APAC
Organic and paid social media on the platforms each market actually uses, from Instagram and TikTok in Southeast Asia to LINE in Thailand and Taiwan and Xiaohongshu for Chinese-speaking audiences.
Content and Localisation
Regional content written for each market, with native-speaker localisation available so headlines, offers and calls to action read as local rather than translated.
Multi-Market SEO
International and multilingual SEO: hreflang, country and language site structures, and local keyword research, so the right page ranks in the right market.
Market-Specific Platforms
Naver and Kakao for Korea, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Baidu and Douyin for China-focused campaigns, and LINE for Japan, Taiwan and Thailand, each run by people who use those platforms day to day.
One Regional View
Consolidated reporting across markets and platforms, with results tracked to enquiries and sales so you can see which markets earn more budget and which need a different approach.
Platforms by Market
We build each APAC plan from the platforms that matter in the markets you are targeting. A typical split looks like this:
- Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam): Google Search and YouTube, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok and marketplace ads, with LINE added for Thailand. See our guides to marketing in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines and Vietnam.
- South Korea: Naver advertising and Naver SEO, plus Kakao. Naver work is delivered by our Korea-based team, with strategy and reporting run from Singapore.
- Mainland China and Chinese-speaking audiences: WeChat, Xiaohongshu (RED), Douyin and Baidu SEO. Advertising on mainland Chinese platforms often depends on business verification and, for some products, a local entity, so we confirm eligibility for each platform before you commit budget.
- Japan, Taiwan and Thailand: LINE advertising alongside Google and Meta, with Japanese and Traditional Chinese localisation where you need it.
- Australia, New Zealand and India: Google, Meta, LinkedIn and YouTube, with market-specific landing pages and currencies.
Who Our APAC Marketing Is For
- Singapore companies going regional: you have traction at home and want to test two or three new markets without hiring a team in each.
- Regional and global brands with a Singapore hub: your APAC headquarters needs one agency partner that can run campaigns across markets and report back in one format.
- B2B companies selling across the region: LinkedIn, search and content programmes aimed at buyers in several countries, often with a single regional sales team behind them.
- Brands targeting specific diaspora or tourist audiences in Singapore: for example Korean or Chinese-speaking visitors and residents, using the platforms they already use.
Our Process
Market Prioritisation
We size demand market by market using search data, competitor activity and your own sales data, then recommend which markets to enter first and which to test lightly.
Regional Plan
Channel mix, budget split and KPIs per market, plus the localisation needed for each one, all in a single regional plan you can approve in one pass.
Localised Build
Accounts, tracking, landing pages and creative built per market, with native-speaker review where the market calls for it and human review of any AI-assisted drafts.
Launch and Optimise
Campaigns go live market by market. Budgets shift towards the markets and platforms producing enquiries and sales, not just clicks.
Regional Reporting
One monthly report across all markets, with a clear recommendation for each: scale, hold, adjust or exit.
How APAC Campaign Pricing Works
Regional campaigns are priced per market and per channel, because each market needs its own setup, localisation and optimisation time. For paid search and paid social management, agencies in Singapore usually charge about 20% of monthly ad spend or a fixed management or campaign setup fee from around S$600; large regional budgets, such as multinational accounts, typically sit closer to 10% of spend. Localisation, content production and market-specific platforms such as Naver, WeChat or LINE add to that depending on volume. Ad spend is paid to the platforms directly and sized to each market’s click costs, which vary widely across APAC; for Singapore benchmarks see our Singapore Google Ads CPC Index.
Measuring Results Across APAC Markets
Regional campaigns are easy to misread if every market is judged by the same yardstick. Click costs, conversion rates and sales cycles differ sharply between, say, Singapore, Indonesia and Korea, so we set targets per market and per channel before launch: cost per enquiry or cost per sale where you sell online, qualified leads and pipeline for B2B, and reach and engagement for brand campaigns in new markets.
- One tracking setup, market-level views: GA4, platform conversion tracking and CRM data tagged by market, so a lead from Thailand is never credited to Singapore.
- Currency and time-zone consistency: spend and results reported in one currency (usually SGD) with the market currency alongside, so budget decisions compare like with like.
- Test, then scale: new markets start with a contained test budget and a defined success threshold. Markets that clear it get more budget; markets that do not get a changed approach or are paused.
Localisation, Not Just Translation
The difference between a regional campaign that works and one that does not is usually local intent, not translation quality. In our international SEO work for Skyscanner, we re-optimised page titles, descriptions and headings for two high-intent page templates across ten markets, including Singapore, Taiwan and New Zealand. The key lesson was that each market’s search results rewarded different messages: price in some markets, trust signals or carrier names in others. The same principle applies to APAC ads and social: we research what each market responds to before we write, and we offer native-speaker localisation for the markets where wording decides results.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. We plan, build and report on regional campaigns from Singapore, and run each market with its own budget, creative and tracking. Korea’s Naver work is delivered by our Korea-based team, and native-speaker localisation is available for other markets.
It depends on the market. Meta and TikTok cover most of Southeast Asia, LINE matters in Japan, Taiwan and Thailand, Kakao in Korea, and WeChat, Xiaohongshu and Douyin for mainland Chinese audiences. LinkedIn is the main B2B channel in most APAC markets. We recommend a mix per market rather than one regional default.
For most brands, one domain with country or language folders and correct hreflang is the simplest to rank and maintain. Separate country domains can make sense where local trust or regulation requires it. We recommend a structure as part of our international SEO work.
Budget per market, not per region. Click costs vary widely across APAC, so start with the markets where demand and margins are strongest, give each enough spend to produce meaningful data, and expand once a market proves itself. Management is typically about 20% of ad spend or a fixed fee from around S$600, moving towards 10% for large regional budgets.
We run WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin and Baidu campaigns aimed at Chinese-speaking audiences. Some mainland Chinese ad products require business verification or a local entity, so we check eligibility for your company and goals first and recommend the route that will actually be approved.
No. We work with Singapore companies expanding regionally and with overseas brands that use Singapore as their Asia-Pacific base. For foreign companies entering Singapore itself, see our APAC marketing strategy guide.
